A rare modern Moorcroft trial design trumpet form vase

the tubelined florals entwined around pillars before a coastal beach landscape, the base with impressed marks and painted detail 'Des Trial 17-2-05' and with initials 'VL'. Height 255. Provenance: This vase was won by our Moorcroft collector vendor, c.2006 when he entered a draw by purchasing another vase. This was one of only three design trial examples offered in N.Z. in such a way. $1200
