Here's a brief guide to selling with Cordy's.

Appraisals

We are in tune with the market place, with a high turnover of quality antiques, art and collectables any market fluctuations are immediately apparent. Cordy's also has a network of experts based nationally and internationally who are called upon when necessary. Free auction estimate appraisals are given at our auction rooms and house calls can be made by appointment. The e-mailing of images to enquiries@cordys.co.nz will also be met with a quick response.

Delivery

Items are accepted at our showroom at 553 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden 1024.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the large volume of items auctioned each week, deliveries are not accepted without prior arrangement. Please book a delivery date by emailing bookings@cordys.co.nz well in advance.

Parking is available outside Cordy’s after 10am. Parking on the footpath is not permitted. There is a free carpark opposite Cordy’s on Windmill Road.

Seller's fees

For items selling at $100+ a commission of 15% + GST applies. Being all-up 17.25%.

For items selling at $50-$99 a commission of 20% + GST applies. Being all-up 23%.

For items selling below $50 a commission of 40% + GST applies. Being all-up 46%.
