CORDYS IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THEIR NEW IN-HOUSE RESTORATION SERVICE
With a fine arts degree in Restoration, our newest member of staff comes to us with over 20 years professional experience in both New Zealand and Europe. They are skilled in a wide range of techniques and work in a variety of disciplines.
If you would like to enhance, restore or increase the value of a piece to be auctioned, or simply to rejuvenate a personal item; we are happy to provide a quote.
Our services include:
- Antique & contemporary furniture – minor repairs, polishing & cleaning
- Antique Frames – recreation of missing elements, regilding in either gold leaf or gold paint
- Plaster/Stone/Wood & Bronze figures – missing part repair & colour matching
- Artworks – light cleaning & varnishing.
