preparatory scale drawing for a mosaic mural, watercolour, gouache and pencil on five variously sized lengths of lining paper rolls. Main piece 2500 x 900mm. Note: Possibly an initial design for the Church of St Joseph, Otahuhu (and later revised) c.1968. Henderson had previously been commissioned to produce stained-glass windows and a metal crucifix for the Church of the Holy Cross in Henderson working alongside Mrkusich who had been commissioned for the mosaic murals, c.1959.
