finely machine engraved, the lid with substantial relief cast border of acorns amongst oak leaves. London 1853 by Thomas Edwards. 288gm. 105 x 70 x 38mm. Finely engraved Crest of Harrison (of Hendon, Co. Middlesex and City of Westminster), the arms granted in 1767. Crest: Out of a mural crown (Azure), a demi-lion rampant (Or), crowned with an Eastern Crown (Argent), in the paws a laurel garland adorned with four damask roses (Ppr). Motto: Absque virtute nihil (Nothing without virtue)
