Provenance: Dr. Neville Hogg (1927-2007), http://www.nzma.org.nz/journal/121-1270/2957/ [a renowned collector of early New Zealand topographical material]; Inscribed in Hogg's hand on reverse with title copied front, 'Inscribed in pencil in lower R hand corner-obscured by mount, initialled, signed and dated 1971 and detailed 'Geo. Walker' the auction house he purchased this work from in 1971. Webb's Dr. Neville Hogg label on reverse.
