the silver over gold set with a graduated row of nineteen old cut diamonds with an outer graduated row of fifteen old cut diamonds (Colour G-I, Clarity SI1-I2), the hinged gold pin removable by a threaded screw and fold-away hook catch, the safety chain attached to a bar brooch decorated with a knot-style heart which is set with an old cut diamond. TDW. 2.45ct. Valuation available. 11.09gms.
