A 14ct white gold diamond, sapphire, topaz and aquamarine dress ring - the diamond form mount set with a 0.53ct rectangular step cut diamond, a 0.69ct rectangular step cut sapphire, a 0.71ct pear cut topaz and a 0.83ct pear cut aquamarine.
