a single strand of ruby beads attached to five clusters, each set with a cabochon ruby and a halo of small round brilliant cut diamonds (Colour F-H, Clarity VS2-SI2), with a tear drop shaped cluster set with an oval cabochon ruby and a halo of small round brilliant cut diamonds, suspended from the central cluster.
