named to the front. Operated by placing a coin on the dogs nose, then depressing the tail elevates a small section on the nose, withdrawing the head and opening the mouth to where the coin falls. One glass eye absent. Marked on base PATP APR 27, 1880, and on trap PAT FEB 2, 1875. H.195mm. Provenance: The estate of Patricia Osborne - Christchurch.
