Lot Details

body of a reddish-brown clay, fired dark brown around the un surfaces on the base and lower body. Flat base, flaring cylindrical walls, sloping shoulder, an articulated neck and thick ring lip. The shoulder set with five lug handles, four horizontal and one vertical. The wall and shoulder with a clear olive brown glaze. Cat. Note/Ref.: Loss of glaze around rim, neck and shoulder.
