Lot Details

greyish buff-coloured clay. Slightly concave inset base with a dark brown circular spur; integrated foot ring, curved flaring, cylindrical body with a straight lip. The upper exterior and interior wall with a band of three incised lines; the cavetto incised with a circle bordered by a band of three lines. The upper exterior wall and interior with a craquelured celadon glaze. Cat. Note/Ref.: Glaze crazed. Bluish stain in cavetto.
