Lot Details
the mirrored frame with traditional etched detail, the centre top and quadrants in deep blue glass with elaborate coloured enamel floral decoration. Damage commensurate with age. 830 x 50 x 1480mm. Provenance: Brought to NZ by Joseph Mandl, great great grandfather of the vendor, in 1864. Joseph then became mayor of Hokitika and established J Mandl and Company Brewery which later became Westland Brewery (sold to Dominion Breweries).
