Lot Details

designed by Lanel (1893-1966) in 1933 for Orfèvrerie Christofle Paris. This set being a later Christofle production. Comprising a teapot, hot water pot, creamer and covered sugar basin, on a matching twin-handled tray, each with rosewood handles and finials. Impressed Christofle marks. Tray length 500mm. Note: Luc Lanel was the artistic director of Christofle between 1922 and 1942.
