raised off circular base featuring demi-lobed sides, applied foliate rim with putti and mythical creatures, the hinged lid with lobbed dome and large button-shaped knop, the plain ear-shaped handle with ivory heat rings and elaborately cast thumb rest. London 1824 by Jason Hobbs. 707gms.
