converted from verge with centre seconds added. Matched cases hallmarked Birmingham 1841by Rotherham & Son, Spon Street, Coventry. Gilded full plate, fusée/chain, lever escapement converted from verge, signed and numbered 2268. Bullseye glass, white enamel dial Roman numerals, minute indices with seconds divisions, gold beetle and poker hands and blued steel centre seconds. Hairline II to VIII.
