the colour lithograph detailed 'For Your Holidays Travel By Train'. 760 x 500mm. Featuring the locomotive KA946. Note: The KA 946 was a historic 4-8-4 mixed-traffic steam locomotive built by the New Zealand Railways (NZR) at the Hutt Workshops. Entering service in August 1939, it operated exclusively on the North Island for both express passenger and heavy freight lines Provenance: From the estate of R.H.(Bob) Stott QSM, FCILT. A noted N.Z.
