the four discs each set with four bright blue sapphires set in a square to the centre. 10gms. In vintage box. Engraved 05017 hand scripted 'Cartier' evrso, each sapphire approximately W.3.6mm. Provenance: Inherited from a relative who operated as a Parisian art dealer who emigrated to New York when the Nazis invaded Paris, early 1940.
