With single edged fullered blade with spear point tip, gilded highlights towards the handle. L.920mm. CONDITION REPORT: steel scabbard and handle with black painted finish, some wear and chipping/light surface rust, small decorative pattern of a flowering strap leaved plant to straight part of handle. Simple white metal ferrule, brass end tip. Tight press fit closure, with two sprung steel tongues either side at ricasso. Simple gilt pattern on blued finish at left side 6.5", other side plain, square backed blade with single fuller to either side continues until 6" spear/bayonet tip with surface dirt accretion and some very light oxidisation. Weighs about 450gm
