a 5.90ct pear facet cut medium blue aquamarine (slightly included) claw set and surrounded by eleven marquise cut dark blue sapphires (slightly included) with a further nine marquise cut sapphires to the top of pendant and the bale, a small round brilliant cut diamond to the centre of the sapphires on the bale, TSW 2.91ct.
