mildly tapered cylinder form, the top with incised sculpted and banded decoration and dark matt glaze, good lustrous shino glaze to the body. Impressed potter's mark. H.220mm. Provenance: From the collection of one of the potter's nephews. He attended many of the open days where Peter invited the family, friends and public to view and purchase his latest offering of pots.
