Western Highlands, probably Waghi Valley, Maring language area. Painted with an abstract design in ochres with a triangular pattern border. H.1810mm. Provenance: Bob Hall collection, Australia/PNG, 1970s, thence Jonathan Sausshrd collection, Australia. The Jorgen Lotz Collection.
