each earring set with an oval cabochon ruby bezel set within a rope edge frame, an oval cabochon rose quartz claw set and surrounded by twelve round facet cut amethysts suspended from the ruby, posts for pierced ears. AIG report available. These earrings can be worn as single ruby stud earrings by removing the rose quartz and amethyst panel.
