the decoration takes the form of a field of islimi arabesques terminating in lotus flowers as a field surrounding a vacant quatrefoil panel, with conforming pattern to the cuff plates. Studded narrow borders, fancy shaped and pierced buckles. Lacking mail mittens, fitted with later lining and leather straps. Overall L.320mm. Provenance: Webb's Auctions, Auckland, August 2004
