matte umber exterior, the interior with iron spotted pale speckled glaze. The flat rim pointed at one end and with two curved points at the other. Incised artist's monogram to base. Minor firing flaw to rim. 400 x 355mm. Note: This work is from the series that carries on from the 'growth principle', and references plant forms. This includes metamorphosis, unfolding, expanding and contracting. The form is wheel thrown and modified.
