adzed detail, the substantial square section short legs with stylised wrythen twist, five plank lower shelf, maker's cypher to end board. 1220 x 850 x 445mm. Provenance: from a private Auckland family who inherited by family descent this Chapman Taylor piece and others from family ex. Heretaunga, Wellington. This suite was a private commission from the Chapman-Taylor's in the late 1960s. Note: the Heretaunga golf course still has most of its original Chapman-Taylor commissioned furniture, tables and chairs, etc.
