A large impressive hardcover limited edition of 'The Vatican Frescoes of Michelangelo' Volume I. Numbered 332 of 400. 173 plates of reproductions of photographs by Takashi Okamura. Separate navy cloth portfolio with cloth ties with 'Images Selected From The Vatican Frescoes of Michelangelo: The Sistine Chapel; The Ceiling; The Last Judgment & The Pauline Chapel' Half brown leather with gilt and decorated boards. Fine in fine decorated velvet lined clam-shell case. Minor damage to paper tags at back of book (see image 7). 520 x 430 cm. Weight approx 18.5kg.
