the blade carved giant clam shell adze. Ex. state of Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia. Traditional Adze. The handle made from drift wood, also coconut fibres. Collected by an Australian doctor in the 1960’s. New Guinea Arts, Sydney. 550 x 280mm
