with curved interior single stamp compartment. Maker’s mark “BP/DC” for ‘Boots Pure Drug Company’. Boots was, and still is, a large chain of retail chemists who in the period maintained a silversmithing arm. Very good condition, interesting. PROVENANCE: Ex John Murr Collection. 85x30x25 High
