. Contained in original red leatherette box inscribed “TRAVELLING LETTER WEIGHER” manufactured by W.&J. MILN, Edinburgh. The sliding bar showing weights and rates. Very rare. PROVENANCE: Harmers of London August 1997. (A similar item sold by Spink 3 December 2006, sold for £480 plus 25% Buyer’s premium P&P, however the travelling case did not have the Postage stamp compartments). 165x40x50 High
