Lot Details
with lift out tray containing various accessories, re-agent chemical samples, some tools and utensils; lacking test tubes mineral samples, 270 x 125 x 105mm. With key Note: Blowpipe sets were used for education and to enabled explorers and prospectors to analyse minerals in the field. The sets typically include apparatus and chemicals necessary for grinding the sample, heating it and observing colours in a flame, and so identifying the metals present.
