Lot Details
with a patten designed by Veronica Scott of Woman magazine, c.1950s. Classic mid-century hard plastic doll, with mohair hair, 'sleepy eyes' and an original yellow gingham dress with a scalloped bib collar and matching white belt. Prominent around the 1950s due to the it being the time of Queen Elizabeth II's coronation. The doll was designed to encourage children to learn sewing and fashion design by creating their own outfits. H.490mm
