Used by military and police to secure and arrest & transport individuals who were resistant or combative during arrest situations. The chain is placed around one of the person's wrists - the solid end piece of the handle is placed into the hollow part forming the grip. Turning will cause severe pain and subdue anybody no matter how strong he may be.
