Note: 'Shellcraft' ware was produced by Trevor Dick who served his die-sinking apprenticeship with Mayer and Kean Ltd under the English imported tradesman George Whitehouse. T.M.Dick Ltd. began in 1952, becoming Dick & Watt Ltd., then bought out by Hansen & Berry Ltd. of Auckland then Mayer & Toye Ltd.
