number 37956. 56mm case hallmarked Chester 1884 by William Hammon, case maker, Coventry. Vacant cartouche to back. Fusée ¾ plate with lever escapement, signed C.H Moody, 6 High Street, Crewe, 37956. Off white enamel dial, Roman numerals, rail track minutes, 300 chronograph scale, entre seconds with hacking slide to stop/start movement.
