a 0.33ct pear cut royal blue sapphire (eye clean), claw set, and surrounded by sixteen round brilliant cut diamonds (Colour H-J, Clarity SI1), a 0.04ct round brilliant cut diamond (Colour H, Clarity SI1), and a 10mm cultured, near round pearl (pink with purple/silver overtones, very slightly blemished, medium lustre), suspended from the diamond set sapphire, TDW 0.10ct.
