See S9 in 'Teutenberg A Master Engraver & His Work 2007 by Cresswell and Duncan. Note: The recipient was Arthur Liston Wilson (1870-1937) who's grandfather, William Chisholm Wilson (1810-1876) was the founder of the New Zealand Herald newspaper.
