pastel. 430 x 600mm. (Unframed) Note: John Shotton Parker (1944 - 2017), professionally known as J.S. Parker, was a New Zealand painter, born in Auckland and based in Blenheim for the majority of his career. Parker studied at Ilam School of Fine Arts, Christchurch and graduated with Honours in Painting in 1967. Most well-known for his later geometric abstraction rendered in a distinct, impasto style.
