type 1 blade with flattened ricasso, well patterned Damascus with symmetry, no maker's marks, oval Damascus crossguard with scallops either side. with knurled handle with rich copper finish. Blade 7", overall 12⅛". Brown leather sheath with tabs and elastic retainer. Note: A beautifully worked blade. David Decker author of Clandestine Knives of World War II states "Peter Parkinson makes some of the finest recreations of FS knives in the world.
