Lot Details

with plated steel basket hilt with pierced GRV cypher, wire bound sharkskin grip, leather portapee. Unsharpened fullered 32" blade with very good etching, marked 'Fenton Bros. Sheffield, Cutlers Estd 1850' and 'Sword Cutlers to the War Dept.' with proof disc on opposite side. Brown leather scabbard without suspension tab. Purchased Tauranga Gun Show 2017.
