Lot Details
10" single edged, fullered blade, gilt brass habaki, small curved brass cross guard, wire bound rayskin grip, gilt fuchi-kashira. Scabbard of black fish skin with gilt brass fittings including two suspension rings. Brass lock button to top mount. Overall 15½" Provenance: Dave Oldham, Auckland 2018. Note: Mekugi peg hole covers (normally cherry blossom) replaced on one side only with silver butterfly
