33½" fullered straight blade with coat of arms and air force insignia, scattered light oxidisation, Serial No. 87877 dates it to c.1965. Maker's details and 'By Appointment to HM Queen Elizabeth II' at ricasso. Gilt brass hilt with air force insignia and ERII cypher, eagle head pommel, wire bound sharkskin grip, original bullion portapee with some edge tears to ribbon. With black leather scabbard with brass fittings and two suspension rings. With Wilkinson stamped sword belt
